DESCRIPTION
MILITEC-1 is a 100% synthetic oil addition manufactured
with the most advanced nanoparticles technology. The
product´s active components work directly on metal parts.
They form bonds on the molecular level and soak to the
intergranual layer of the rubbing elements´ surfaces. As a
result of the above reaction, a very thin and very durable
protection layer forms on elements that work together.

MILITEC-1 was used in the American military for, among others,
preserving the engines of military vehicles and cleaning up arms.
MILITEC-1 is something more than a usual ceramizer, or another
addition only improving the quality of oil. The product stays in
the engine even after a leakage or the standard oil change. It
refines metal, bonding with it and forming a deposit in its micro
cracks. It allows, at the same time, to reduce the level of friction.
In some oils, it influences a rise in resistance to wear and tear,
and in others, the durability of oil film.

permanent elements. It doesn’t change the metal’s
elastic properties. It lengthens significantly the durability
of mechanisms.
MILITEC-1 can be added to all kinds of engine, gear,
hydraulic oils, regardless of their viscosity and quality
class. It mixes well with leader petrol and paraffin oil.
MILITEC-1 once added to the engine will stay inside for
longer, protecting the engine despite the regular oil
change according to the car’s manual.

FIREARM
You should dismantle and degrease the barrel and
the whole arm construction (after the first use of
MILITEC-1 you don’t have to degrease again). Apply
the product on the inside of the barrel and the rest
of the parts. After a couple of shots, clean the arm
dry.
MILITEC-1 reduces friction and the parts’ wear and
tear, prevents forming deposits of soot, lead and
other pollutants, increases the speed of bullet from
the barrel and improves aim. The process of
applying the lubricant should be repeated after
about 1,000 shots.

AIM OF THE STUDY
The study was supposed to confirm or negate the usefulness of
using MILITEC-1 for modifying the working conditions of rubbing
units related to lubricating conditions, and answer the following
questions:
1. On which level do the lubricating properties of pure
exploitation preparations form?
2. How does the exploitation preparation MILTEC-1 impact the
change of the lubricating properties of the selected commercial
oils?

PREPARATIONS
The results of the study on the lubricating properties
of exploitation preparations are presented in tab. 1
and fig. 1, 2, 3.
They show that among the studied exploitation
preparations, the exploitation preparation MILTEC-1
has the best lubricating properties – the biggest
welding strain Pz = 620 daN and the biggest rubbing
strain Pt = 356.22 daN, so applying this preparation to
the rubbing unit causes the process of using up the
rubbing unity to take place with a bigger strain, the
layer of the lubricant withstands bigger mechanical
and temperature strains.

The study of the lubricating properties of exploitation
preparations and some of the lubricating properties of the

2. The study showed that for the selected oil, its modification,
that is adding 5% of the preparation MILTEC-1, generally
improves it. The values of the studied indicators of lubricating
properties are showed in appropriate tables and graphs showing
the values of friction in relation to the strain put on the rubbing
unit up to the force which uses up the unit – Pz force or showing
the courses of friction forces for a constant strain on the rubbing
unit equivalent to the welding strain of the commercial oil’s Pz.

3. Improvement of the lubricating properties of the studied
commercial oils by adding 5% of the exploitation preparation
MILTEC-1 is caused by forming on the rubbing surfaces of the
rubbing unit a so-called replacement boundary layer, which
fortifies the boundary layer formed by a package of refining
additives making up the commercial oil and adding to base oil in
the manufacture process. The formed in this way summary thick
boundary layer is able to withstand bigger dynamic and
temperature strains. Considering the above, rubbing units have
more favorable working conditions – wear and tear and the
friction coefficient diminish, and lifespan increases.
