This document is a sponsorship proposal for the Coco Grande 2014 New Year party to be held at the Sambhram Roost Resort in Bangalore, India. The event will include family entertainment, dance shows, live music, DJ performances, fire dancers, fireworks, food, and drinks for an estimated 1500 attendees. Various sponsorship levels are offered ranging from Rs. 100,000 to Rs. 300,000, with increasing branding and marketing benefits such as name placement in advertisements, mentions at the event, access passes, and branding at the venue. 3. The Event
On behalf of Coco Grande – 2014 (Themed New Year Party),
thank you for taking the time to read and consider our
sponsorship proposal. The Party will be hosted in Sambhram
Roost, Bangalore.
The location is amid dense coconut grove, with 2 stages to cater
family as well as young crowd. Family entertaining acts and
dance shows in covered hall with separate dining hall wide
spread buffet, special cake show and cake cutting after 12.
Open area with Live grooving DJ dance area, with all
sophisticated sound and lighting systems.
Fire dancers act along with the DJ Set.
Special Fireworks show after 12.
All security measures with bouncers, night vision CCTV systems will
be installed in the venue.
Multiple Bar setup with fire bartenders.
With ticket sales, moderately priced with unlimited food &
Complimentary drinks.
