 We have an idea of offering multiple health care services and
products in fully natural way under the single roof, so that’s
why we are going to introduce a health club with a name of
LHYC Health Club located at China Chowk near Lahore
Chamber of Commerce .
 This club is established to set healthy environment and
progressive society, which Contributes to make us a leading
nation in world wield.

LHYC Health Club is a socially and environmentally conscious health
club that is concerned not only with physical beauty but also with
mental wellbeing. We address the special health concerns of our
clients with exercise, therapies, yoga, meditation and Medicated
kitchen.
 Our focus is to provide quality treatment, our mission is to create,
promote, and maintain a positive customer relationship with our
clients.
 In future our objective is to associate with the hospitals and welfare
clubs, so that we can make our society as healthy living place.

Yoga includes stretch and strengthens the legs, back, and shoulders,
that emphasis to the basic alignment of the standing poses.

we market our services by using marketing mix strategy which
includes 4P’s (product, price, placement, promotion) .
 Product promotion:
For the promotion of our services we will use different means
available to us. “LHYC” will market its services by using few
marketing tools such as, advertisement through print media and
electronic media, direct selling, and trade shows to promote and
create awareness about “LHYC” in the minds of customers.
Price:
LHYC will follow the value base pricing strategy and will operate on
providing the prestigious services. There are two pricing options for
these kinds of services,
 Per yoga class (low, average, and high)
 Creative pricing options including packages and memberships.
Product /Services
LHYC address the special services related to the health concerns of
its clients with exercise, therapies, yoga, meditation and Medicated
kitchen. LHYCwill introduce all services without any side effects, because
the way we are going to use is totally natural.
Placement:
we are going to introduce a health club with a name of LHYC Health Club
located at China Chowk near Lahore Chamber of Commerce in Lahore,
Pakistan. So, our location is Lahore, Pakistan.

Strength
There is no real competitor, our instructors are highly professional, multiple
services under a single roof and medicated kitchen, which provide healthy
food according to physician’s recommendation.
Weakness:
New venture, risk involved low awareness of people.
Opportunities:
We have high growth chances because there are no real competitors of our
business.
Threats:
In our society the people are narrow-minded, so first we have to create
awareness between the people and we have a threat about the new entrant
in the yoga market.
