Groupthink was a term coined by social
 psychologist Irving Janis
 “A mode of thinking that people engage in
 when they are deeply involved in a cohesive in-
 group, when the members’ strivings for
 unanimity override their motivation to
 realistically appraise alternative courses of
 action.”

 When all team members understand the
 decision, commit to it, and will support it, even
 if they may not agree with it 100%.
