Project Management is one of the most challenging and ever changing professions. I consider Project Management an art and a science, and I believe it to be a study in many disciplines. To be a successful Project Manager, one must not only be skilled and knowledgeable in the field they work in, they must also possess key traits that allows them to lead unconditionally, be risk adverse yet fearless, be willing to trust and be trusted, and utilize resources to complete work they themselves cannot do single-handedly. All while maximizing efficiencies and costs to maintain a budget. A Project Manager must make the improbable possible, and drive to complete a project through any situation. th
