The following chart contains an organizational flow chart detailing the flow of informaiton and resources between all the entities and stakeholders within and around College Park High School.  The first area of influence comes from the State of Texas Education Agency who sends resources, funding and directives to each school district represented in the forms of the superintendent and the school board of education.  The superintendent then reports the resources and information directives toward three major areas:  instruction led by the building principal, hardware and software led by the campus technology representative and security led by the district administrator for technology.  These three areas then funnel the resources to the teachers who will provide the technology to the students through classroom lessons.  The information then travels back home to parents who will then report to the building principal or the teachers on the satisfation of curriulum management through the use of technology.  The majority of decisions are led by the building principal and the site based decision making committee hence why the majority of arrows point toward and away from the principal or building administrator.  This person is however responsible for reporting back to the superintendent and the school board on the success and dificulites of using technology.<br />
