This screen should be displayed prior to anyone entering the room. Make sure you have it well focussed and the lighting set so it’s easy to read every screen. Also be sure to have less chair set out than the number of people you expect. For example, if you expect 25 people to attend, then only set about 18 chairs, with a few off to the side just in case.
