His career path was developed in various business domains both in the private and in the public sectors, having assumed many challenging different projects, especially relating to the areas of international management and consulting, across Europe, Africa and Middle East. He has managed and consulted on more than 35 local and international major projects, being its project and risk manager, for companies like Temenos, Misys, Capgemini, IBM, Altran, Axa Insurance, Sony, Shell and Bertelsmann. Project and Risk management, as well the coaching are his passion. For the past 5 years he has developed and taught over 20 different Project and Risk Management & related training courses. Good practice does not mean that the knowledge described should always be applied uniformly on all projects; the project management team is responsible for determining what is appropriate for any given project.
