According to Simply Psychology: “Type A personalities experience a constant sense of urgency: Type A people seem to be in a constant struggle against the clock. Often, they quickly become impatient with delays and unproductive time, schedule commitments too tightly, and try to do more than one thing at a time, such as reading while eating or watching television.” Right, and we also have scatter brains and are prone to overwhelm. Type A personality traits are generally overachievement, conscientious behaviour, a tendency to be highly strung, driven, ambitious + often competitive. You get the idea. I am a type A personality and always have tons of tabs open at once, and I can never seem to actually read even one post through without thinking and then searching for loads of different ideas at the same time. Which ends up with me basically not really taking anything in properly and then wasting the time I have to read/get ideas etc. It’s like I have this butterfly mind that’s constantly flitting from idea to idea!
