Maintains NOV Cyber-base drilling equipment and documents via
MAXIMO maintenance database
Performs troubleshooting and repair of NOV Cyber-base hydraulic
and mechanical drilling equipment to include but not limited to:
SSGD 1000 Draw-works, 14-P-220 Mud pumps, HPS-1000 Top Drive,
CMC/Active Heave compensating systems, Wire Rope Riser Tension
system, HYDRA-RACKER pipe handling system, Hydraulic Roughneck
pipe systems, Automated pneumatic Fingerboard systems, Pipe Lay
down systems, Bucking Machine, TDS 4 Top Drive, MH Gantry Cranes,
Seatrax Cranes, Riser Skates, HPU Units
Supervises and assist the Mechanic in daily Maintenance task
Coordinate scheduled equipment maintenance with Drilling
Department and other Maintenance Departments
Demonstrates the understanding and knowledge of the HSE, Safe
Systems of Work, and Lock out/ Tag Out System
Responsible for informing the Chief Mechanic of parts inventory
and parts critical spares needed onboard
Participates regularly in the S.T.O.P.
