 Maintains NOV Cyber-base drilling equipment and documents via
MAXIMO maintenance database
 Performs troubleshooting and repair of NOV Cyber-base hydraulic
and mechanical drilling equipment to include but not limited to:
SSGD 1000 Draw-works, 14-P-220 Mud pumps, HPS-1000 Top Drive,
CMC/Active Heave compensating systems, Wire Rope Riser Tension
system, HYDRA-RACKER pipe handling system, Hydraulic Roughneck
pipe systems, Automated pneumatic Fingerboard systems, Pipe Lay
down systems, Bucking Machine, TDS 4 Top Drive, MH Gantry Cranes,
Seatrax Cranes, Riser Skates, HPU Units
 Supervises and assist the Mechanic in daily Maintenance task
 Coordinate scheduled equipment maintenance with Drilling
Department and other Maintenance Departments
 Demonstrates the understanding and knowledge of the HSE, Safe
Systems of Work, and Lock out/ Tag Out System
 Responsible for informing the Chief Mechanic of parts inventory
and parts critical spares needed onboard
 Participates regularly in the S.T.O.P.
