  1. Participants will be asked to find two to three people they do not know, and form groups of three to four.   11. Groups will construct a visual postcard explaining some form of current data to present through a direct mail piece to their Sphere of Influence or the marketplace in general. Each group will share their idea with the entire group when finished. 10 – 15 minutes for creation. Note – Need large flip chart or poster paper, colored markets for entire group.

Now that the attendees will be thinking about gather and harvesting meaningful data, how can they use it to “win more business?” These final slides will offer some new creative ways to use the data and their new presentation ideas for sharing by getting consumers to “opt-in” for receiving a monthly newsletter, quarterly report, etc.
