Your nanny is employed and paid by 3til6 and is fully covered

Q: Do you provide nanny service out side your care
hours of 3til6?
A: Although we specialise in after school in home care, we
also seek to support clients by providing a range of flexible
in home child care arrangements.
Q: How long will it take to secure the right nanny?
A: Securing the right nanny for your family may take several
weeks given that we are not an agency and do not retain
nannies who are not already in placements through 3til6.
Q: What happens if our nanny is unavailable for any
reason?
A: With respect to either planned or unscheduled absences
3til6 would endeavour to secure an alternative nanny for
the period of absence.
Q: What is the process for paying our nanny?
A: At the commencement of your nanny's employment we
require an upfront payment for the first 2 weeks.
At the end of the first fortnight and subsequent fortnights,
your nanny will submit a client authorised time sheet to
3til6. We will then manage payments to your nanny in
accordance with their contract of employment.
All nannies are employees of 3til6 and it is our
responsibility to manage all payroll related expenses and
deductions.
