Buying Online Easy
It was very easy purchasing the product online and they were quite efficient with tracking and
emailing me back. I would consider buying from this online internet site again, I had a problem with
my charger on my camera with the adapter they sent me but they sorted it out by emailing me back
quickly and sending me a new adapter.
Amazingly fast service
They have one of the most efficient website. It covers all possible needs and questions and is easy to
use. They are very competitive on pricing but their service and integrity put them a head of others
who might have a lower price. You don't get any sales pressure and the transaction is stress-free

Customer service was amazing as i received a quick response to all my questions and they were
extremely helpful. The delivery was great as i received it within 4-5 days. I received the object in
great condition. I enjoy using my Samsung Galaxy S3 very much and it is a great devise to use daily. I
especially love the big screen and the LED light at the front of the screen which is a good notification
when i receive message, emails, etc. The only thing i was a tad frustrated with was that I ordered a
white Samsung Galaxy S3 32gb and could not get that as the warehouse was out of stock so I had to
pay an extra $40 for the exact same one except blue.
2. Fast response and delivery
I bought a Sony Xperia V and the delivery is within a week. The staff is helpful and responds quickly,
and explains the policy clearly, so you don't need to worry about the reliability of the service. I would
like to recommend, especially backpackers when they have their phones out of order and need to
replace with a low price in a short period of time.
Fast delivery and response but slow refund process
I bought a Sony Xperia V and the product was delivered within 5 days, and the staff are helpful and
respond to my mail quickly. However, the micro USB cannot be covered fully. I understand that this
is Sony's fault, and I have no choice but to send back the products to get refund.
I obeyed the POM policy to return the product after arrival for 5 days. As I wanted to ensure the
product to be sent as soon as possible, I chose the Express Post service by Australian Post, which
guarantees arrival on the following business day. The product has been in the post office of Point
Cook, where their office is located there. However, still no staff came here collected it till now as I
can track the parcel and know the parcel is "awaiting collection" (for a day).
