• WBS Dictionary is one of three components that
comprise the scope baseline: 1) the Scope Statement,
2) the Work Breakdown Structure and 3) the WBS
Dictionary
• A document that provides detailed deliverable,
activity, and scheduling information about each
component in the work breakdown structure
