The .fla filetype is moving towards XML type (XFL)
from the current binary type.
Other tools can export as XFL
Small modifications can be done within XFL

Changes required by Google & Yahoo!
ECMAScript shows what AS4 might contain in it’s
core.

Developer of Google Analytics AIR app
Built AS3 API by following Google’s JavaScript

11. Saffron
Samuel Agesilas Pastel - UML Modelling tool.
Pure AS3, not Flex or Cairngorm
Command & factory patterns used
Built own ‘scaffolding’ for SQLLite DB and UI engine.
Might be open sourced in the future
