Home Page
Your home page displays recruiting information at a glance.
• Request On-Campus Interview & Presentation Dates: Submit separate requests for
internship recruiting, full-time recruiting, presentations (single-company event), and to
participate in career fairs (multi-company event).
• Scheduled On-Campus Interviews: Once you are confirmed for your interview dates, view
schedule details and candidates for your on-campus interviews. (This is also where you can
view applications for your OCR Resume Drop.)
• Post a Job: If you have an off-campus opportunity, share it on our job board for all students
and alumni.
• Access Berkeley MBA Resume Books: Augment your recruiting efforts by purchasing our
online resume books. These searchable databases contain profiles and resumes to help
target your search.
• We offer complimentary access to the Experienced Hire Resume Database for your higher

View Applications
Resumes and cover letters are available for viewing only after the application deadline has

OCR Selecting Students for Your Invite List
• Invite students through your Visit Details page.
• Alternates are ranked in the order in which they are entered. (You can re-rank your
alternates.)
• Find Candidate to add a student that is not on your applicant list.
• When you have entered your invite list and alternates, Finalize list to notify students and the
Career Management Group of your selections. After your list is finalized, changes will need to
be made through your Account Manager.
Your Interview Schedule
Preliminary schedules are available for your review the Monday after invites are due. Schedules
are finalized three business days before your interview date.
Hard copies of your schedule and resumes will be available to your interviewers on your visit date
(unless otherwise requested).

Off-Campus Recruiting (Using the Job Board)
Job
Board To reach all student populations and/or alumni, post your job on our password-protected job
board.
Add a Job Posting
• You do not need to re-post your OCR job in this section. Duplicate postings are confusing to students.
• Students can apply directly to your website and/or email address, or select Resume Drop to have the
system collect resumes and cover letters for you. Sign back in at any time to review applications, or
have the system send you the resumes and cover letters as they come in, or at the deadline.
• Postings default to 30 days of viewing. If your application deadline is shorter or longer than 30
days, please be sure to change the application deadline due date.
• If you may interview on-campus, but are not sure, go ahead and submit an OCR request through the
system.
• Post immediate-hire, post-graduate positions, summer internships, and part-time jobs and projects.
