• To understand the organizational framework and it’s functioning.
• To gain knowledge about different departments of the
organization and the functions.
SECONDARY OBJECTIVE
• To study about the procedure of purchase and sales.
• To understand the difference between the theoretical and practical
aspects of the functioning organization

engineering manufacturing hub in central India.

manufacturer and exporter of all types of Industrial Heat
Exchangers & L Fin tubes in INDIA.
• Fitwell started operations in the year of 1990 and its successful
growth has been achieved through a strong commitment to
engineering, quality & timely delivery.
• Fitwell Corporation is acclaimed as the leading Heat Exchangers
Manufacturer in India and have large list of satisfied customers which
includes BHEL, NTPC, Crompton, Marathon Electric & Electricity
board Etc.

production schedule at a very short notice
• Highly experienced and technically qualified personnel to attain the set
targets
• Measuring instruments, jigs, fixtures etc. calibrated by NABL
approved labs
• Identification and deployment of latest technologies
• NDT equipment’s to conduct MPI, DPI & UT in accordance to
International codes by qualified personnel against ASNT QC TC -1
• Qualified WPS/PQR and welder qualification against ASME section
IX code requirements
Weaknesses
• Higher indirect taxes, power and interest rates.
• The utmost weakness of this company is lack of marketing as they
believe they are retaining most of their customer.
Opportunities
• To excel as a reliance company for global outsourcing requirement.
• Diversification of the product line with new high quality products.
• The company easily combat with their domestic competitors because
of their quality assurance and quality service.
• Flexibility in usage of product makes the company more attractive.

• Fluctuating economic environment.

• Rising prices of raw material and labour.
FINDINGS AND SUGGESTION
Findings
• Fitwell corporation is steady in growth path.
• It has played a significant role in the growth and moderation of the industry and
continuously build product to ensure comfort and safety
• In-house R&D and state-of-the-art manufacturing facility for advanced product
design, development, testing & validation
• fully equipped labs
• we are not only able to innovative and develop reliable products but also capable of
developing new product mix
• latest and important projects are Canada, France, Japan.
• Regular meetings on each activity for evaluating performance and solve problem
• The absence of marketing department the company misses out on modern
marketing technology and strategies.
• The fabrication and manufacture departments are well equipped with all necessary
equipment requirements and there are well functioning tool rooms which care to
the needs of manufacturing and fabrication.
Suggestions
• The company can provide transportation facilities to the employees.
• The company can uplift or expand the export activities.
• To increase their sales and better brand name they can increase their promotional
activities.
• Employees participation can be increased as it involves management actively
encouraging staff to assist in running and improving business processes and operations.
• Proper purchase of raw material at proper time could help them from overflow of raw
material and smooth production of the goods.
• Encourage employees with innovative idea
• An important area which can be taken care is awarding of sub contract works. It is
advisable that, the company is in position to execute the same job which is sub-
contracting, profit earning can be increased to a great extent.
CONCLUSION
Fitwell corporation policy is to provide service for
continuous improvement of their products, services and also to give
quality products to their customer to increases their creditability in the
field. Fitwell corporation has achieved these enviable heights mainly
due to the hard work of all employees from top to bottom and
commitment of quality besides bringing a good product at right prices to
the consumers.
