37. University Housing Policy All single students under 21 years of age who have fewer than 30 hours of transferable credit are required to reside in University housing. All other students are welcome as space permits. NOTE: students living with parents/grandparents within a 60-mile radius of Missouri State may request an exception to this policy. This policy stems from a long history of academic and student success within the residence halls.
