I have a 15-year background in the areas of design research and interaction design and have served in a broad range of roles, from designer to strategic planner and manager of best practices. At frog, I utilize a variety of design research methods to help clients and project teams better understand what makes consumers tick, and apply this insight to the design of products and experiences that create the most meaningful and lasting interactions for them. I'm also a professor at the Austin Center for Design and a founding member of the school. I've published widely in the design and business communities, and frequently speak on the subject of design research and interaction design.
