 Derived from two Indian
terms, Agni means ‘’Fire’’ and
hotra means ‘’healing’’
 Part of Ayurveda / Vedic
practices or The Chronicles of
Indian Healing Medicine, as
well as in Agriculture
 Agni – is the Goddess of
Fire in Hindu Religion

1. Timetable or calendar or definite timing of
sunrise/sunset
2. Pyramid shaped copper pot (or gold) of a specific
size
3. Fire through cow-dung cake (only from grass-fed
cow)
4. Offerings: raw whole grain rice with cow’s pure
ghee (smeared)
5. Mantras (1 for sunrise & 1 for sunset, short and
simple)

 Suryaya Svaha*. Suryaya Idam Na Mama
(*Release the first portion of rice smeared with cow’s ghee
in the fire)
 Prajapataye Svaha*. Prajapataye Idam Na Mama
(*Release the second portion of rice smeared with cow’s
ghee in the fire)
This completes the morning (sunrise) Agnihotra.

 Agnaye Svaha*. Agnaye Idam Na Mama
(*Release the first portion of rice smeared with cow’s ghee
in the fire)
 Prajapataye Svaha*. Prajapataye Idam Na Mama
(*Release the second portion of rice smeared with cow’s
ghee in the fire)
This completes the evening (sunset) Agnihotra.

will respond via slight movements of the leaves).

 Gardening is really fun. Visit your garden when you
feel tired or bored. Take my word for it, It relieves
STRESS.
 Starting from an abandoned lot, with Gardening, it
was transformed into a lush beautiful one. When your
neighbors see you work hard to maintain your
garden, they will try setting their own garden and
plant crops, too!.
 Try Agnihotra: it is Cheap, Simple but very Effective
(Quantum Effect) and yields positive results! 
