                Our Words of Faith

                Our Offering Collected and Presented:

                What can I give him, poor as I am?
                If I were a shepherd I would bring a lamb;
                If I were a wise man, I would do my part.
                Yet what I can I give him- give my heart.

                Our Hymn to Leave With: VU 625, I Feel the Winds of God Today

                Choral Benediction: VU 87, I Am the Light of the World (Refrain)

                I am the light of the world!
                You people come and follow me!
                If you follow and love you’ll learn the mystery
                of what you were meant to do and be.

The meal is simple: soup, chili, rolls, breads, coffee, tea, juice, cookies. We ask that people take turns making a pot of something good and simple. The costs are redeemed from the Reading: Acts 8:14-17 basket. Please note we are serious about that and really do not want people to do- nate their contribution as this has negative impact upon the whole program. Should you wish to donate the meal simply redeem the cost and put it in the offering plate. Hymn: VU 82, A light is Gleaming A sign up sheet is available in the narthex.
