Cooperation with the Scrum Alliance
 Cooperation between Scrum Alliance and Puzzle Software exists for the last three
years, since the first CSM course in Belgrade, Serbia in May, 2012. So, in Serbia,
Puzzle Software has the longest experience in organizing Scrum trainings.
 Together with SCRUM trainers, Puzzle Software has certified over than 195 Scrum
Masters and Product Owners in the Balkans.
 All Scrum Courses was leaded by certified Scrum Trainers.
 After the participants have finished CSM or CSPO training and after the evaluation
test, they become Certified Scrum Master or Certified Product Owner officially
registered on the Scrum Alliance.
 For the next year, in addition to regular CSM and CSPO courses, Puzzle Software is
preparing the Scrum Extended Education in cooperation with the Scrum Alliance,

• I didn’t know about sprint review, sprint retrospective. I have realized we are not implementing fully Scrum.
