CHOICE is a 16 week program. The program is built to minimise employee and
management distraction from core business but still deliver value.
During this phase we remove major employee barriers and help
them to apply for the program. Accessible for any employee.
Throughout this phase any employee can apply with an idea for
the program.
Educational part will consist of several modules of lectures and
workshops covering different topics (e.g. Innovation, Design
Thinking, Failure Culture, etc.).
Applicants
will pitch to
jury. 5-6 best
teams will be
selected to
participate in
the
Acceleration
program.
* Program duration and structure may vary depending on your company requirements.
Min duration 4 months, max - 12 months.
The six best teams will work
hard over four weeks to get
their ideas in the best
possible shape.

Meet the team — two professionals combining 30 years of experience in
enterprise and entrepreneurship and backed by the network of 3000+

Serial entrepreneur, worked for ONE.LV, Delfi, Lattelecom Technologies, founded one of
the leading web-design and development agencies True Vision. Launched first startup
accelerator in Latvia eegloo, developed and implemented first corporate acceleration
program ERGO Innovation Bootcamp. Mentor, coach, speaker, jury member at many

Communications professional and entrepreneur with a special interest on tech, startups
and community engagement, worked at Nordea, Latvian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Co-
