CHOICE is a 16 week program. The program is built to minimise employee and
management distraction from core business but still deliver value.
During this phase we remove major employee barriers and help
them to apply for the program. Accessible for any employee.
Throughout this phase any employee can apply with an idea for
the program.
Educational part will consist of several modules of lectures and
workshops covering different topics (e.g. Innovation, Design
Thinking, Failure Culture, etc.).
