This section identifies any documentation that must be available prior to the start of the
procedure.
Related Procedures
The information enclosed in this locale identifies procedures from within.
Interacting Departments
List department names that will be using these procedures.
Job Classification Responsibility
List titles of those accountable for performing the procedures.
Business Rules
Business Rules should be on a separate page.

Procedure
Describes the step-by-step instructions that are to be followed so that the procedure can be
carried out.
