This document outlines the responsibilities and goals of a new Program Coordinator for Marketing and Assessment position at CUL. The coordinator will oversee CUL's assessment program, including surveys, focus groups, usability studies and data analysis. A three-year assessment plan will have goals of understanding assessment needs, outlining project priorities, building a culture of assessment, and providing support for data-driven decision making. An Assessment Working Group and Assessment Center website will help manage projects and communicate results.
