JOB RESPONSIBLE:
 Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring and Controlling Engineering, Procurement, Construction
and Commissioning activities with respect to Plan, Progress and Resources using latest
planning tools like Primavera Project Planner (P6).
 Establishing the time span/Plan of project execution by the help of Primavera (P6) &
MSP project planning software. Preparing master schedules for all projects including
resource schedules, execution methodologies, milestones, cash flow projections /
budgets and periodic monitoring.
 Establish and maintain activity level integration between Primavera P6 and project control
database.
 Review, evaluation of progress on weekly basis identifying critical problem areas and
indicating remedial measures for corrective actions.
 Preparing, regular updating & distribution of Progress Reports (Monthly, Weekly, Daily
and S- Curve, histograms) etc to Client / Internal.
 Client Billing (Claiming bills related to Supply, Engineering & Construction. Conducting
the value engineering / value addition analysis, etc.)
