- How have TB cases increased per year? What happened in 1995 for cases to rise suddenly? Is it because of newer ways of testing?

- The reason for less cases in USA + declining cases could be good health care system and health infrastructure.
- The reason of spread of TB in developing countries could be increase in pollution because a lot of goods are manufactured in India, China etc. and the working conditions are poor for example low ventilation, long working hours, poverty, malnutrition and weak health infrastructure.
