This document outlines a three phase process where in phase one professionals were enabled, in phase two clients were acquired, and in phase three the clients lives were improved, thanking the recipient for their role in the process.
I was asked to to reflect for 15 minutes on “government and information”. That’s just a small part of the work I’m doing which is about social use of Internet and information. So I will have to try and narrow that down. I will try to sketch three phases: supporting the professional discovering the client realising the client (we!) have a life!
