3. Literal Language
is ordinary, dictionary meaning of
a word, as though we see things
exactly as we see them. We can
also say that literal language is
direct to the point.
5. Figurative Language
uses imaginative comparisons to
present concrete pictures to our
senses. It makes an idea clear
and calls to our minds, emotions
and feelings.
