1. Weston Florida Music Lessons
Jammin' Kids International Music Academy has been offering on-site
music lessons in South Florida since 1995. We recently celebrated our 15-year
anniversary in 2010. Jammin' Kids, located in the Indian Trace Center shopping
plaza (Weston 8 Cinemas), provides music lessons in Florida's Western Broward
County to kids of ALL ages and is also the Weston area's largest music store.
Jammin' Kids is open 7 days a week including convenient Sunday hours from noon
- 5. It is open Monday - Friday from 1-9:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. on
Saturdays as well.
Guitar Classes, Little Mozarts and More!
Affordable high quality instruction is currently offered not just for
acoustic/electric guitar classes but also for the following instruments:
piano/keyboard, bass guitar classes, drums/percussion, voice, and a variety of
strings including violin, viola, cello, & bass as well as wind instruments such as
flute, trumpet, clarinet, sax, trombone, etc. Instruction opportunities begin at just
$25 a session. At least once a week, private lessons are available for 1/2, 1 hour or
semi-private lessons (2 students) for 45 minutes. Jammin' Kids is the only music
school in the area offering the world renowned Suzuki method of instruction. It is

2. also the only location offering the Little Mozart's intro-to-music program for
younger children, in both Little Mozart's private instruction (4-6 year olds) and
Little Mozart's group class (2-4 year olds) formats. For older students, garage
bands offer a unique ensemble opportunity made up of at least 3 students on
different instruments.
Previous guitar classes, drum and piano lessons are required prior to participating
in Garage Band. To celebrate the 15-year anniversary, music mini-camps were
offered last summer for the first time. Jammin' Kids also provides their students
with monthly in-house recital opportunities, an annual Grand Recital off-site and
many other performing opportunities in the community.
Music Lessons on site are best!
There are many benefits of music instruction on site at an academy for music
lessons in South Florida. Since it is a more professional environment, there are no
distractions or interruptions and this more structured environment better focuses
the student than lessons at home. The academy environment exposes students to
many instruments even if they are only studying one type. Students are more
motivated when they see other students performing and have opportunities to
collaborate in ensembles. Families can have siblings instructed at the same time
with different instruments/teachers. Parents have the option to participate in the

3. lesson with their child at no additional cost, relax in our retail waiting area, or
return to pick up the student after the lesson is completed. The right teacher
makes all the difference and our instructors are the best-qualified teachers in the
area who are degreed music professionals and experienced professional
musicians. We also provide instrument rent-to-own, rental as well as purchase
options on site for customers to select the right investment for their family.
