multiple things but the one is the bond with the

Contents page deconstruction
The contents page for top gear catches my eye
straight away ,I think it does this because of the
colour scheme as it is black with bright colours
this brings out the colours and highlights
important parts like at the yellow part where it
says the news this is important and will catch
the readers eyes

• The design of theses magazines are different because they are appealing towards
different target audiences. They do this to catch there eye for example the surfer
magazine would catch someone's eye as they would immediately know that its to do
with that by doing this they catch people eye meaning they will go buy this magazine.
• The lay out of the magazine is designed specifically for there target audiences for
example the cycling magazine I have put on there is designed with the bike by using this
design it automatically draws cyclist attention as they know it is to do with bikes also it
has a small sneak peak of other bike and gear this will make people want to find out
what they are if its any good etc.
• The colour of these magazines represents the target audience for example the girl
magazines are more colourful than the others this is because there seemed to be bright
and jolly people this is why the magazines have a lot of colour to attract them

of a sportsmen I think they did this because the yare well known and
popular, these magazines also have a lot of information on the mi think
they have done this because most of these magazine cost 20 pounds and
higher this also means the target audience is usually for a the upper class
as they can spare a lot of money on a magazine however the rugby
magazine is more for working class.

• These magazines use mainly black and red colours to
appeal to their male audience.
• They have an action based key image to engage a
younger male audience.
• All the magazines contain detail to make the
products appear to be good value for money because
the target audience tend not to have a large income
because of their age.

Target audience This magazine will be for a working class as it is designed for older teenagers and adults this means they will have some spare money to spend on a magazine also it is rammed with cars and information meaning it is working class as you get the best for your money. Anchorage text: “blood brothers” this will catch peoples eyes as blood brother means a bond this could mean multiple things but the one is the bond with the ultimate car This logo “BBC” shows that this magazine is a professional and official magazine as BBC is usually the programme which shows it.
