We'll
examine
what
the
emerging

means
for
you
and
your
students
in
terms
of
conceptualizing
and
delivering
instruction,
what
technological

for
successful
implementation
of
mobile

what
those

are,
and
where
this
'mobile

leads
in
the
future.
Are
there
best

with

and
featuring
Madara

and
Heidi
Olson
(Club

-‐
In
the
emerging
new
media
environment,
"publishing"
is
a
fundamental
literacy
that
relies
on
traditional
skills
of
reading
and
writing
while
radically
increasing
the
need
for
skills
related
to
the
publishing
platforms
themselves,
as
well
as
those
related
to
the
integration
of
audio
and
video
into
traditional
forms
of
text.
New
media
publishing
also
raises
concerns
about
privacy
and
rhetoric.
What
does
it
mean
when
publishing
and
sharing
to
a
global
audience
are
the
rule
rather
than
a
rare
exception?
We'll
examine
and
try
out
a
variety
of
o
publishing
and
sharing
tools
and
together
try
to
figure
out
a
coherent
approach
to
using
them
with

keenly

children
love
technology.
From

kids
happily
immerse
themselves
in
an
electronic

hours

Not
surprisingly,
the
electronic
behavior
of
some
children
is
inappropriate
or
downright
illegal.
This
seminar
will
help
parents,
teachers,
and
administrators
understand
the
various
legal
risks
that
kids
face
as
a
result
of
the
misuse
of
electronic
devices,
ranging
from
copyright
infringement
lawsuits
to
criminal
prosecutions
for
hacking,
cyberbullying,
and
sexting.
Addressing
this
growing
social
problem
requires
ongoing
education
at
all
grade
levels
and
a
coordinated
response
by
school

parents,
and
