Roles/ duties
1. Manage the staff and functions of the branch sales area of responsibility, as well
as ensuring that the branch sales strategy is implemented and performance targets
in terms of the sales strategy are achieved.
2. Monitor and effect compliance to credit policies and procedures for all the loans
disbursed.
3. Use segmentation tools on profitability and risk, protect the company’s assets and
public image as well as conduct research to assess the severity of risk.
4. Communicate the company’s Vision, strategy and core values as it manifests in to
branch and individual objectives and targets.
5. Maintain highest levels of client care within the branch.
6. Formulate the branch marketing plan, providing new ideas on regular basis while
ensuring the plans are completed/ carried out and completed.
7. Assess operational risk inherent in the business, managing regulatory
requirements, audit and operational policy, procedures and practices
8. Proper housekeeping and administration of applications and reporting
9. Ensure awareness in the direct and surrounding areas of the company brand and
products through effective marketing strategies

national office for final approval.

3. Assist clients with queries and make sure the client is sorted and happy.
4. Make daily reporting on sales and collections
5. Drive collections at the branch make sure letters of demand are submitted to the
right clients.
6. Provide effective internal communication at branch level and national office.

Roles/ duties performed;
As a result of my excellent services in sales and marketing as evidenced by awarded
certificates in the same year I was promoted to the level of branch sales consultant and I
played the following roles.
1. Ensure proper filing of all individual lending documentation for the purpose of
record keeping.
2. Market the company’s products and give out salary loans to customers.
3. Creating good customer care that remains memorable in the minds of clients.
4. Update all records of Blue financial services, fort portal branch’s sales department
for easy transaction with our clients.
5. I was also responsible for managing sales agents who are allocated to me and
make sure that they have fulfilled their responsibilities on time.
6. Pre- approve loan application documents from clients before an application is
approved by manager to be sent to national office for formal approval.
7. I also make sure that the sales targets allocated to me and my agents are achieved.
8. I also established and maintained good relationship among my team members
(sales agents).
9. Make follow ups of client’s loan applications from national office.
10. Make sales calls and contact both potential and present customers.
11. Present and sell company products and services to current and potential
customers.
12. Ensure that all necessary documentation is available prior to loan application
process
13. Identify and resolve customer concerns and queries.
14. Report sales activities and escalate risks immediately

15. Answering all incoming telephone calls for secretariat with professionalism and
follow telephone etiquette
