 In 1994 the company bought a small magazine named „For Him
magazine‟, which is now the best selling international multi-platform
brand, „FHM‟
 In 2002, Britain's first weekly glossy magazine was created, GRAZIA.
 The media empire are offering over 300 magazines in 15 different countries.
 In 2008, the empire had a turnover of 2.08 billion euros.
 Today Bauer media has over 80 influential brand names throughout the
world.

3. Heat Magazine
 „Were going to London, to buy a Heat
magazine‟
 As of 2004 it is one of the biggest selling
magazines in the UK.
 Has a regular circulation of over half a
million.
 Heat was first launched as a general interest
magazine in 1999.

4. Empire Magazine
 First issue in 1989
 Fits neatly into Bauer magazine
range, from celebrity gossip, “Lads
Mags” such as FHM, to film magazines.
And would be able to promote each
other well. By being able to briefly
review films in GQ or FHM for
example, then post the full review in
„Empire‟ magazine.
 Is also published in Australia, Turkey
and Russia.
