Emergency operation center is very important in order to handle a sudden emergency. There are so many unexpected and sudden events take place in the universities and in absence of a well developed EOC it is really very difficult to tackle the situation.

3. The purpose of EOC is to help out
the students in university in case of
following emergency situations
Earthquake
Fire
Terrorist attack

4. Cooling or heating loss
Emergencies due to hazardous
materials
Environmental health and safety
Food safety
Death of any student
Protest by students

5. Its presence is very essential as the
following points elaborate its
importance:
Prevention: It means to provide
security to the students against any
terrorist attack or any other criminal
act.

refers to elimination of life loss as
well as property loss by controlling
the emergency incidents within the
university premises.
Response: Emergency system is
very quick in responding in case if
any unusual incident happens in the
university.
