Open digital experience company Acquia announced it has signed
a definitive agreement to receive a majority investment from Vista
Equity Partners (“Vista”), a leading investment firm focused on

Databricks Invests in European Development Center
Headquartered in Amsterdam
Databricks, the leader in unified data analytics, prepares to
invest over 100 Million Euros over the next three years to
support its European expansion in Amsterdam. The
European Development Center is an engineering hub for
development and innovation of the company’s Unified
Data Analytics Platform. The company has grown its
engineering team in Amsterdam 3x in the past two years.
Databricks launched in Europe two years ago with just a
few employees and is expected to grow to 200 employees
by the end of the year. ‘Making the Move to Amsterdam’

move from San Francisco to Amsterdam among several
