The product (e.g. ITIL Foundation)
The language (e.g. English,Spanish)
The delivery method (e.g eBook,eLearning,ITpreneurs Printed Courseware)
The date of the course
Course Location
Number of learners/sets of courseware that you will need
For ITpreneurs Printed Courseware: the shipping address that the material must be sent,
including company name, receiver's name and phone number
For eBooks, the individual who should receive the iVouchers
For partner printed courseware, the individual who will print the material on your behalf

After your order has been placed, you will receive an email including:
a file with the iVouchers
a document with the instructions on how they can be redeemed
Open the file and distribute the iVoucher numbers to the candidates. Along with the iVoucher numbers, please also
include the following instructions on how the candidates can redeem their iVouchers.
Instructions for candidates:
Dear name of candidate,
Your iVoucher id is: Enter iVoucher id.
In order to gain access to your elearning, please follow the next steps:
1. Go to http://ivouchers.itpreneurs.com
2. If you already have an account, please login by entering your details under the ‘User Login’ tab of the system. If
you dont have an account then press ‘redeem your iVoucher here’. After entering the iVoucher number you will
then be prompted to create a login which you can use in the future.
3. Press Redeem Voucher and enter your iVoucher Code
4. A confirmation email will be sent to you stating that your iVoucher has been successfully redeemed
5. Access the eBook/elearning!

Cancelling orders for
Courseware

ITpreneurs Printed Courseware
Please note that ITpreneurs will not accept returns for printed material that have been printed and sent
to the course location regardless of cancellation date or reasons for cancellation.
However, you may well use this extra material for the next scheduled course delivery without
informing ITpreneurs.
eBooks/eLearning
Please note that ITpreneurs will not accept cancellations or returns for eBooks and eLearning that have
been sent to the attendees unless the cancellation request date is within 30 days from the date of the
initial order and provided that the eBooks have not been accessed by the participants.
However, the PTO may use this extra material (iVouchers) for the next scheduled course
delivery.

● Classroom exams (online/paper based)
● Individual Web Proctored exams
Exam delivery methods can be limited according to the exam provider or the
accreditor.
Exams are delivered through ITpreneurs iVouchers.

Ordering and Scheduling Exams

Ordering
Send an email to partner@itpreneurs.com stating:
The product and level (e.g. ITIL Foundation exam)
The delivery method (paper based, online)
The certificate option (paper, digital)
Number of exams
After the order has been placed in our systems, you will receive a form with the ITpreneurs iVouchers.
Scheduling
When you are ready to schedule your exams, simply send an email to exams@itpreneurs.com
attaching the completed form that you received when ordering the exams. Our team will then make sure
that the exam is scheduled with the relevant examination authority. Please make sure that we will need
2 days in order to process your request and schedule your exams.

In order to schedule your exams complete the excel file with the information required for each candidate, including:
Trainer Name
Proctor Name
Date and time of the exam
Location of the exam
Complete the file and send it to exams@itpreneurs.com

The ITpreneurs iVouchers are valid for one year and can only be returned within 30 days (and of
course provided that they have not been redeemed).
ITpreneurs advises to not return ITpreneurs iVouchers unless you are absolutely confident that they can
not be used for a future session. Keeping the iVouchers and using them for upcoming sessions will
enable you to:
better manage your exams
keep track of participants
not have to deal with credit notes and other administration

Partner Instructor
You
● For every instructor working and delivering for your students, the CV and professional
certifications are sent to the Customer Solutions Team and for assessment and approval. Make
sure that it is clear in the request what frameworks this instructor is intending to deliver.
ITpreneurs Customer Solutions Team
● Provides the instructor package (secure presentation and instructor guide eBook) to the partner
instructor.
● Organises a familiarisation session with the ITpreneurs Master Trainer.
● Arranges for the accreditation of the partner instructor if necessary and required
ITpreneurs Master Trainer
● Delivers the familiarisation session
● Approves the partner instructor

ITpreneurs Instructor
You
● Inform ITpreneurs the intent to order the services of an ITpreneurs Instructor. The information sent
to ITpreneurs Customer Solutions Team (email sent to partner@itpreneurs.com) should include:
o Date and Location of the course delivery
o Start and end time of the course
o Framework and level (e.g. PRINCE2 practitioner, TOGAF combined)
o Any additional requirements (e.g. delivery in a specific language etc)
o Information that the instructor needs to know, such as parking info, recommended hotel, if
they need a security badge, etc. and who their point of contact is, along with that person's
email and phone number.
Please note that such requests should be placed well in advance, at least 4 weeks prior to the course
delivery.
ITpreneurs Customer Solutions Team
● Ensures the availability of Instructors who are able to deliver the specific course based on the PTO
requirements
● Informs the PTO regarding the availability of the instructor

Cancelling orders for
Instructors

Instructor Services can be cancelled at no charge upto 3 weeks (15 business days) prior to a Class start
date.In the event that the order for Instructor Services is cancelled the following fees will apply:
A. Less than 3 weeks prior to the Class start date, 50% of the agreed instructor rate and incurred
travel, lodging, and all other out of pocket incurred costs will be charged per actuals.
B. Less than 2 weeks prior to the Class start date, 75% of the agreed instructor rate and incurred
travel, lodging, and all other out of pocket incurred costs will be charged per actuals.
C. Less than 1 week prior to the Class start date 100% of the agreed instructor rate and incurred
travel costs will be charged In all cases, flight change or cancellation fees will be charged in full
(100%).

Accessing eBooks/eLearning 7 After your order has been placed, you will receive an email including: a file with the iVouchers a document with the instructions on how they can be redeemed Open the file and distribute the iVoucher numbers to the candidates. Along with the iVoucher numbers, please also include the following instructions on how the candidates can redeem their iVouchers. Instructions for candidates: Dear name of candidate, Your iVoucher id is: Enter iVoucher id. In order to gain access to your elearning, please follow the next steps: 1. Go to http://ivouchers.itpreneurs.com 2. If you already have an account, please login by entering your details under the ‘User Login’ tab of the system. If you dont have an account then press ‘redeem your iVoucher here’. After entering the iVoucher number you will then be prompted to create a login which you can use in the future. 3. Press Redeem Voucher and enter your iVoucher Code 4. A confirmation email will be sent to you stating that your iVoucher has been successfully redeemed 5. Access the eBook/elearning!

Cancelling orders for Courseware 8 ITpreneurs Printed Courseware Please note that ITpreneurs will not accept returns for printed material that have been printed and sent to the course location regardless of cancellation date or reasons for cancellation. However, you may well use this extra material for the next scheduled course delivery without informing ITpreneurs. eBooks/eLearning Please note that ITpreneurs will not accept cancellations or returns for eBooks and eLearning that have been sent to the attendees unless the cancellation request date is within 30 days from the date of the initial order and provided that the eBooks have not been accessed by the participants. However, the PTO may use this extra material (iVouchers) for the next scheduled course delivery.

Ordering and Scheduling Exams 10 Ordering Send an email to partner@itpreneurs.com stating: The product and level (e.g. ITIL Foundation exam) The delivery method (paper based, online) The certificate option (paper, digital) Number of exams After the order has been placed in our systems, you will receive a form with the ITpreneurs iVouchers. Scheduling When you are ready to schedule your exams, simply send an email to exams@itpreneurs.com attaching the completed form that you received when ordering the exams. Our team will then make sure that the exam is scheduled with the relevant examination authority. Please make sure that we will need 2 days in order to process your request and schedule your exams.

Cancelling orders for Exams 12 The ITpreneurs iVouchers are valid for one year and can only be returned within 30 days (and of course provided that they have not been redeemed). ITpreneurs advises to not return ITpreneurs iVouchers unless you are absolutely confident that they can not be used for a future session. Keeping the iVouchers and using them for upcoming sessions will enable you to: better manage your exams keep track of participants not have to deal with credit notes and other administration

Instructors (1) 13 Partner Instructor You ● For every instructor working and delivering for your students, the CV and professional certifications are sent to the Customer Solutions Team and for assessment and approval. Make sure that it is clear in the request what frameworks this instructor is intending to deliver. ITpreneurs Customer Solutions Team ● Provides the instructor package (secure presentation and instructor guide eBook) to the partner instructor. ● Organises a familiarisation session with the ITpreneurs Master Trainer. ● Arranges for the accreditation of the partner instructor if necessary and required ITpreneurs Master Trainer ● Delivers the familiarisation session ● Approves the partner instructor

The information sent to ITpreneurs Customer Solutions Team (email sent to partner@itpreneurs.com) should include: o Date and Location of the course delivery o Start and end time of the course o Framework and level (e.g. PRINCE2 practitioner, TOGAF combined) o Any additional requirements (e.g. delivery in a specific language etc) o Information that the instructor needs to know, such as parking info, recommended hotel, if they need a security badge, etc. and who their point of contact is, along with that person's email and phone number. Please note that such requests should be placed well in advance, at least 4 weeks prior to the course delivery. ITpreneurs Customer Solutions Team ● Ensures the availability of Instructors who are able to deliver the specific course based on the PTO requirements ● Informs the PTO regarding the availability of the instructor

Cancelling orders for Instructors 15 Instructor Services can be cancelled at no charge upto 3 weeks (15 business days) prior to a Class start date.In the event that the order for Instructor Services is cancelled the following fees will apply: A. Less than 3 weeks prior to the Class start date, 50% of the agreed instructor rate and incurred travel, lodging, and all other out of pocket incurred costs will be charged per actuals. B. Less than 2 weeks prior to the Class start date, 75% of the agreed instructor rate and incurred travel, lodging, and all other out of pocket incurred costs will be charged per actuals. C. Less than 1 week prior to the Class start date 100% of the agreed instructor rate and incurred travel costs will be charged In all cases, flight change or cancellation fees will be charged in full (100%).
