Something goes wrong.
Have you ever felt something wrong?
Everybody could feel like that.
Something wrong
but can not see any reason.
What sort of thing is it? (1/2)
Check your personal condition.
Do you sleep well and is it enough?
or
Do you stay tired even after sleeping?
Anything else?
What sort of thing is it? (2/2)
Check your condition at work.
Do you make mistakes at particular
occasion like a jerky boss affects you?
It is my experience honestly.
Not alone
Everybody has a problem or two.
Some of them have more.
Let’s check the list on the next slide.
It is a quick and small one.
Feel free to see.
Condition check list.
1. Have a nice and enough sleep.
2. Do your job with no small mistake.
3. Interested in outfits.
4. No headache or any ache.
5. Meet friends.
6. Enjoy daily life.
Think about it.
Everybody could have a problem or more.
So don’t mind even if you have one.
But if nothing on the easy list is fit for you,
you are stuck in a serious problem.
Your mind knows.
When it seems something goes bad,
stop doing anything you do.
Your body screams out
unless you care for yourself.
Because your mind knows what happens.
Don’t miss the signs.
Let’s hear the inner voice.
You can do by yourself as a daily ritual.
Okay DIY is a little bit tough.
You can have a couple of mentors.
They notice your condition.
Meet them regularly and talk with them.
Take It Easy.
