Zdraviji, disciplinovaniji. Ali na{i najodlu~niji napori da se promenimo
pre~esto se rasplinu bez ikakvih rezultata.

Ono {to nas sputava i ote`ava nam promene jesu na{e navike.
Sam na~in `ivota nije ni{ta drugo do skup navika. Istina, one mogu
podmazati ma{inu na{eg `ivota i pomo}i nam da klizimo kroz `ivot
bez puno napora i uz veliku u{tedu vremena i energije. (Uostalom, ko
