Nuestra Metodología
   Diseñar un manual con su respectivo curso de entrenamiento a la medida de las
    necesidades de nuestros clientes. La efectividad del material esta en el uso preciso
    de diálogos basados en experiencias reales y de ilustraciones lo cual lo hace fácil
    de usar y de recordar.

   Capacitar al personal previamente seleccionado por nuestros clientes para que
    puedan sostener conversaciones en tiempo real con los huéspedes de nuestros
    clientes y de esta manera, facilitar la comunicación ofreciendo un servicio
    completo.
