Assistant Manager, Vehicle Management System Logistic Partner of
Rasch Pvt. Ltd. is the largest transportation and logistic
company in Pakistan. It is the primary service provider to
serveral multinational petroleum suppliers including
including Shell, Total and Attock Refinery, Pakistan.
As the assistant manager for vehicle management system, I was responsible for providing world
class transportation services meeting the highest standards of safety and security to our clients. I
managed a large fleet of 134 ADR vehicles including 59 for Shell, 65 for Total and 10 for Attock
Refinery, Pakistan. These vehicles ranged from 260 – 420 Horse Power with a tank capacity of 40 –
52 thousand litres.

§ Preventive maintenance plan prepared as per OEM recommendation.
§ Made maintenance work order and material requisition documents.
§ Arrange the auto parts for maintenance work.
§ Control the breakdown of vehicles due to maintenance.

2. § Check the driver’s daily maintenance inspection sheets and planning the maintenance defects.
§ Prepared the monthly history cards of vehicles and observes the defects history.

§ Trip wise diesel average checking and find out the reason to increase the fuel cost.
