PATIENT 1
Symptoms: the patient claims to have had general discomfort, tiredness and lack of
concentration, headaches, lack of appetite, etc. Today he comes to the clinic because he has
yellow skin (jaundice), and has also detected a dark color in his urine, as well as a bitter taste in
the mouth.

PATIENT 2
Symptoms: Severe abdominal pain, which began near the navel and then becomes more
pronounced on the right side. The symptoms persist and worsen for 6 hours, going to the
emergency room of the health center. The patient claims a lack of appetite and a feeling of
nausea.

PATIENT 3
Symptoms: severe abdominal pain, persistent fever of 39º, vomiting, diarrhea. The patient
claims to have been eating at a beach bar, Roman squid, oysters and potato bravas and allioli.
From then on, it started with symptoms.
