LEARNING AND ADAPTIVE
                   M ANAGEM ENT

 What is it?
A learning ‘sector’ is one that engages in continuous
learning and reflection and is thus able to adapt to
 changing circumstances and demands.

 Mechanisms to support learning:
 •Resource centres
 •Learning alliances

LEARNING AND ADAPTIVE
                                    MANAGEM ENT

   Key points:
•Resource centres and learning alliances should
address real problems that people want to solve
•Good facilitation is a good investment
   •Stakeholder mapping, participatory processes and
channels for effective many-to-many communication are
   important ingredients
