According to Freeman (1984), stakeholders are defined
as ‘‘any group or individual who is affected by or can
affect the achievement of an organization's objectives’’.

5. Stakeholder in education
A stakeholder is anyone who is involved in the welfare
and success of a school and its students, including
administrators, teachers, staff, students, parents,
community members, school board members, city
councilors and state representatives.
7. The first institution of a child where he learns is his
home. A child passes most of his time with his parents
and learns from his parents and the environment
provided to him by his parents in home. Parents play a
vital role in the education of their child

improve the education of their children.

9. Marking and Reporting
The following principles for devising a multiple marking
and reporting system are guidline for this purpose ;
The development of the marking and reporting system
should be guide by the function (for which the reports are
to be used by pupils, parents, teacher, administration) to be
served.

cooperatively by parents, pupils, and personnel.
The marking and reporting system should be based on
adequate evaluation.

parents-teacher conference , as needed.

11. Parents-teacher conferences is an important supplement
to the written report of pupil progress. The face to face
conference makes it possible to share information with
parents, to overcome any misunderstanding between
home and school. Parents-teacher cooperation is most
important, conference with parents are regularly
scheduled.

Discuss strengths and weaknesses.
Discuss social skills.

Begin the conference in a positive manner.
Present the student's strong points before describing the
needing improvement.

Be careful about giving advice.
