Worked as a Senior Inventory and Warehousing Controller in Rashed Al
Rashed Cements.
My duty includes in this capacity to control the entire inventory item and to
preparea daily stock/inventory reports to submitit and to update the top
management on regular basis with the stock position.

includes all types of misc:sales and movement of assetitem etc.

The jurisdiction of my responsibilities includes managing and maintaining the
entire stores and shipping department including day to day shipments, raw
material warehouses, finished goods stores, generalstores, chemicalstores
and to report to the management and other concerned departments about
the status and day to day proceedings etc.

Worked as a Senior Accountant in A.H. Al Zamil Group of Companies. This is
one of prominent group of the companies in SaudiArabia. I am assigned in Al
Nudom real estate company, which is considered as one of the biggest division
in the group.
My duties included to look after all general accounting aspects, inter
companies account, debtor's control and it's follow up, inventory control
areas, assets controlof the entire division ( which included Zamil Village
Dammamand Murjan Village Jubail as well, where both the compounds are
having over 200 villas).

Worked as a Stores Manager at Electronia Company of Al Hussain Group of
Companies, Dammam.
Electronia is one of the leading Telecommunication Equipment manufacturing
company in the Kingdomof Saudi Arabia. Apartfrom manufacturing Base
Stations and other radio communication equipments they introduce Smart
Card base solutions for the industry.
3. My duties included controlling the whole Store activity, supervision of
maintaining Stores, Receipts and Issuances, controlling allthe stores
documents, data entries into the Computer Systemand reporting to the
Executive Management. Perpetual and annualstock taking and submitting the
final report to the Executive Management.

I have worked as a Chief Accountant in Saudi Arabian Co. (SASCOM) -
Dammam, a part of Rashed Al Rashed & Sons Group.
SASCOM is oneof the prominent Trading concern dealing with Caterpillar,
Mercedes Benz and Iveco Trucks parts, Reem Batteries and all sorts of oil field
supplies and services facility. Apartfromthat we werealso dealing in house
hold items and various world class sanitary fitting and tools/ instruments (for
over 13,000 lineitems)
The company employees over 180 people with various nationalities are having
branches in Jubail, Riyadh, Madinah, Jeddah, Qassem, and in Dubai. My duties
include overall supervision of Finance and Administration, Credit Control and
InternalAudit. (Visiting to the branches and checking their accounting and
other documents and submitting reports to the Executive management).
Supervision of Treasury section and checking their reports including
suggestions and comments for the improvements of the system.

4. 7th April 1990 To July 1998
Since 7th
April, 1990 I haveworked as an ACCOUNTS SUPERVISOR in AlRashed
Fasteners and Engineering Fabrication Services, which is a division of
AlRashed Sons Group. AlRashed Fasteners is the largest manufacturer of high
tensile bolts, nuts and other Engineering fabrication services. The company is
also engaged in oil fields and repair services and employs about 300 people
and is headed by a well experienced management team.
My duties included supervision of FINANCEand ACCOUNTS department as well
as to Maintain of General ledger, preparation of trial balance, Treasury section
supervision, checking and sending its reports and statistical reports to the
management, preparation of journalvouchers, debtors and creditors control
and their follow up.
June 1979 TO March 1990:
During this period I worked in ABDULLAH FOUAD HOSPITAL, &Research
center Dammam as an Accountant.
My duties included maintaining of General Ledger, trial balance preparation,
Bank and Cash book reconciliations. I was also responsiblefor reconciliation of
Inter Company balances, salaries, billing of invoices, sales analysis, preparation
of budget and other accounting statements. I am having a sound knowledgeof
Computerized Accounting.

Worked for more than five years in BeechamPharmaceutical Ltd. Karachi,
Pakistan which is a subsidiary of BeechamGroup of United Kingdom.
(Beecham was ranking at that time 2nd

Pakistan).
5. During the servicein such a reputable company I was responsiblefor
preparation of cost and price structures for all the products viz. Capsules,
Tablets, Syrups and Injections etc, to control accounts of all pharmaceutical
raw material and paramedical items etc, Preparation and finalization of trial

Awards and Distinctions:
In recognition of my excellent performance I was twice awarded
during the tenure of my service with Abdullah Fouad Hospital, as the
best employee of the year among more than 650 employees. I
received 2 awards ‘Best employee of the year’ during my stay with
Beecham Pharmaceuticals Pakistan for my outstanding services.
During the services in AlRashed Cement the company has awarded
me cash prize and appreciation certificates in recognition of my
honesty, hardworking and loyalty for the company.
