Optimism is high that Malaysia’s economy will fully rebound from the recent downturn. The
attractive lending conditions will continue to encourage Malaysian developers to gradually
release more property developments to meet the needs of the growing urban population
residing in the Klang Valley.

A recent report suggested that many developers were already upbeat for the better times ahead.
The property market is in for brighter prospects this year as the economy returns to positive
growth while home prices are now at affordable levels. The rising demand for quality properties
in strategic areas is expected to keep major developers busy planning for upcoming launches.
