Ioana was born in Iasi, Romania, in ’82. Before moving to Bucharest to study architecture, she was schooled in a Waldorf school, where she got her love for nature, strong ethics and developed her art drive. For the following ten years after finishing the highschool, she studied both architecture at UAUIM and fashion design at UNARTE and worked as an architect. Following her graduation, she got a scholarship at London College of Fashion where she moved in London to study a MA in fashion design and technology. During this period she won the Designer for Tomorrow Award and moved back to Bucharest to open her studio. She is currently working on several projects, including developing her main.
