In view of the recent amendment made in the Patents Act, 1970 by the Patents (Amendment) Act, 2005
effective from 01st January 2005, the Official Journal of The Patent Office is required to be published
under the Statute. This Journal is being published on weekly basis on every Friday covering the various
proceedings on Patents as required according to the provision of Section 145 of the Patents Act 1970. All
the enquiries on this Official Journal and other information as required by the public should be addressed to

2005 and Rules there under, Publication of the matter relating to Patents in the Official Gazette of India Part
III, Section 2 has been discontinued and instead The Official Journal of the Patent Office is being published
containing all the activities of The Patent Office such as publication of all the patent applications after 18th
months , grant of patents & all other information in respect of the proceedings as required under the
provisions of the Patents (Amendment) Act, 2005 and Rules thereunder on weekly basis on every Friday.

The Journal is uploaded in the website every Friday. So Paper form and CD-ROM form of the Journal are
discontinued from 01/01/2009.

SPECIAL NOTICE
Every effort is being taken to publish all the patent applications under section 11(A) of the Patents Act.

However, if duplication of publication of any application is found, then earlier date of publication will be

The subject matter of the invention is a pressing module for the press-forming and curing of impregnated conductor bars for large
electrical machines, such as for example hydro generators, which is distinguished by an improved closing system for applying the
pressing pressure, and a pressing apparatus equipped therewith, the handling of which involves significantly reduced work. A
pressing module (1) according to the invention comprises a pressing vat (2) for applying a horizontal pressing force and a
pressing yoke (3) for applying a vertical pressing force. The closing units (6) and (7) for applying the horizontal and vertical
pressing forces thereby comprise a housing (20), which receives, slidingly mounted therein, a pressing piston (21), which is in
operative connection with an axially fixed, rotatable threaded bolt (27) in such a way that a turning movement of the threaded bolt
(27) brings about an axial movement of the pressing piston (21). An axial bearing (3), supported on a spring assembly (35),
provides a flexible mounting of the pressing piston (21). The threaded bolt (27) protrudes on the rear side of the housing (20) and

The present invention relates to a distance adjustment system and a solar wafer inspection machine provided with the system. The
inspection machine has a conveyer for carrying a solar wafer, an optical inspection system for inspecting the surface and color
appearance of the wafer and an illumination inspection system. A holder is provided in the inspection position where the wafer is
clamped along its width direction to prevent the wafer from offset. During the opto-electrical inspection, probes are brought into
contact with conductive buses of the wafer and light is applied to the wafer to allow the probing of electric energy thus generated.
