6. Day of Knowledge – September 1
If you see students with white ribbons and they hold flowers, it means that today
is a Day of Knowledge – September 1.
7. Student Parliament
In our school we have active and creative groups of students who organize all
performances and publish our school newspaper ,,We”.
8. Creativity in School
All our students are very active and take part in the school choir and
theatre, vocal bands, national and popular dances, debates. We are
proud that our parents are active participants of our school’s life.
9. Our Holiday Traditions
Most popular holidays in our school are Teacher’s Day and Christmas and
New Years party. A favourite holiday of our teachers is Teacher’s Day, when
students congratulate teachers, say sweet words, give presents. Students also like
this holiday, because lessons are shorter and instead of teachers senior students
run lessons.
After Christmas we have New Year’s party! Each class prepares a unique
performance. Masks, games, songs, dances, Santa Claus, Christmas tree and a lot
of fun all around the school.
10. Sport in Our Life
Hikes and excursions. Health Day. Olympic week.
Sport competitions.
11. Last Bell & Leavers’ Party
O Last Bell is memorable because 9th
and 12th
class students go to school
like first class students and there
the last bell rings for them.
School’s over for them!
O School-leavers’ day is a
special ball, when girls
look like princesses, but
boys are real gentlemen!
This is the day when
graduates get their
certificates.
