In my pursuit of my educational goals, I feel I became the essential adult learner, obtaining an associate's degree, bachelor's degree and master’s degree all the while working full time and being a parent to two children. I understand the challenges the adult learner faces firsthand and this understanding has allowed me to be successful in designing online courses and training programs from their point of view.
